Pero, ¿cuál de todas las opciones de actividad física es la mejor para adelgazar, qué ejercicios queman más calorías?

Muchos saben que correr es una de las formas más rápidas de perder calorías, crear un déficit de calorías y por lo tanto perder peso, pero no todos son amantes de este deporte. ¿Podemos quemar calorías de otra manera? Por supuesto que podemos!

¿Qué ejercicios queman más calorías?

Si correr no es tu playa, no te preocupes . La quema de calorías también puede ser alta en varios otros ejercicios. Aquí hay algunas opciones entre las que puede elegir:

Escalar una bicicleta

Aunque andar en bicicleta en el gimnasio es bastante cómodo, si usted hace este ejercicio al aire libre sus posibilidades de quemar aún más calorías aumentan. Se cree que una hora de este deporte, cuando se practica al aire libre, puede traer la quema de 680 calorías en promedio . Los terrenos al aire libre tienen ascensos y descensos, además de tener suelos irregulares que ayudan en este objetivo.

Nadar

El estilo libre de este deporte te ayudará a quemar un promedio de 700 calorías por sesión, siendo cada sesión de una hora. Ya sabemos que la natación es uno de los deportes más completos, porque es un trabajo de tiempo completo. Si elige un deporte que combine fuerza y natación, como el estilo mariposa, sus posibilidades de quemar calorías serán aún mayores.

Escalada

Otro excelente deporte que se puede practicar al aire libre. Recuerde que para quemar calorías no es necesario ir a un gimnasio, usted puede alcanzar esta meta con varios deportes al aire libre.

La escalada es una actividad increíble para lograr este objetivo, ya que consiste en esfuerzos de máxima intensidad durante un corto período de tiempo, con intervalos de descanso. Esta es una forma muy efectiva de quemar calorías, porque su cuerpo es empujado hacia su máximo rendimiento.

Boxeo

En una sesión de treinta minutos puede quemar unas 325 calorías. Este deporte se considera un tipo cardiorrespiratorio, también conocido como cardio.

Aunque el movimiento no es extremo, es capaz de exigir una enorme capacidad cardiorrespiratoria y por lo tanto es una excelente opción para nuestra búsqueda de qué ejercicios queman más calorías.

Transporte o transportador elíptico

Es la máquina de moda en cualquier gimnasio desde que se inventó. Es ideal para quemar calorías y tonificar los músculos. En una sesión de media hora a una velocidad de 6 kilómetros por hora podemos consumir 250 calorías en promedio.

Si aún así desea aumentar el gasto calórico, haciendo que el transporte sea aún más eficaz en el desarrollo de los músculos y la quema de calorías, puede elegir programas que alternen la intensidad y la velocidad.

Haga uso de la fuerza de sus brazos y piernas al mismo tiempo, durante un minuto, tan rápido como pueda, y regrese a un ritmo normal. Haga esto una y otra vez y verá cómo su ritmo cardíaco aumenta más que a un ritmo constante.

Hilado en interiores

Aunque la técnica varía un poco, este deporte es básicamente lo que ya conocemos como spinning. Dicen que es sin duda uno de los ejercicios más intensivos en calorías, ya que en una sesión intensiva de 50 minutos es posible gastar entre 700 y 900 calorías en total.

Cuanto mayor es el peso que se pone en el equipo, mayor es la quema de calorías. Asista a una clase diaria de spinning en interiores y queme calorías como un loco. Además, también es un muy buen ejercicio para tonificar y dar un aspecto irregular a tus piernas.

Debe haberse dado cuenta de que ya no tiene por qué gustarle correr para quemar calorías. Hay muchas otras opciones disponibles, incluso si usted no tiene un amor especial por el gimnasio en sí o si no le gustan las opciones al aire libre.
