De todos los quesos de hoy vamos a hablar de los beneficios del queso blanco. El queso blanco es un tipo de queso fresco y sus beneficios son numerosos , por lo que es muy interesante incluirlo en nuestra dieta.

El queso es un alimento muy versátil. Puede tener un espacio en prácticamente cualquier receta y en cualquier comida. A la hora del desayuno, del almuerzo, de la merienda, de la cena…. Siempre es posible añadir una porción de queso a cualquier cosa que estemos comiendo.

Beneficios del queso blanco

Rico en grasas saludables

Normalmente asociamos la palabra grasa con algo malo y dañino. Pero la verdad es que nuestro cuerpo necesita grasas para funcionar correctamente , aunque no en una cantidad muy grande. Además, no todas las grasas son iguales, por lo que algunas de ellas son dañinas y otras no.

En el caso del queso fresco, que es rico en grasas saludables, también contiene una porción adecuada. Por eso su consumo es perfectamente compatible con la dieta.

En comparación con los quesos maduros, contiene una cantidad mucho menor de grasa, y los que contiene son más saludables. Otros alimentos ricos en grasas saludables son las semillas oleaginosas, el pescado azul y los mariscos.

Fuente de calcio

Como todos los productos lácteos, el queso blanco es una fuente natural de calcio. Este nutriente es fundamental para un perfecto desarrollo y mantenimiento del sistema óseo. Por eso, ser una fuente de calcio es uno de los beneficios del queso blanco y se recomienda su consumo para todas las edades.

Cuando somos niños, ayuda a que el hueso se desarrolle fuerte y sano. A edades avanzadas previene enfermedades como la osteoporosis.

Agregar queso fresco a una tostada o ensalada aumenta la ingesta de calcio de una manera saludable y fácil. Además, usted puede complementar la comida con otros productos lácteos como leche, yogur o helado.

Rico en ácido fólico

El ácido fólico es una vitamina que pertenece al grupo B . Si usted es madre o si está embarazada, seguro que ya sabe de ella, porque es muy importante y debemos mantener sus niveles altos durante todo el embarazo para evitar problemas de desarrollo en el feto.

El ácido fólico, además de ser fundamental durante el embarazo, también está indicado para personas de todas las edades. Esto se debe a que previene la anemia, la hipertensión y protege el sistema nervioso y otros órganos.

Esta vitamina es también un aliado de la mujer durante el proceso de la menopausia. El ácido fólico ayuda a debilitar los síntomas de la menopausia y, por lo tanto, es menos desagradable para la mujer que está pasando por este período.

Contiene vitamina B2

Otra de las vitaminas que destacan en este alimento y que se encuentran entre los beneficios del queso blanco es el alto contenido de B2. Esta vitamina, también llamada riboflavina, interviene en el sistema respiratorio y las células . Además, mejora la salud y el aspecto de la piel, las uñas y el cabello.

Es importante consumir vitamina B2 diariamente porque no se acumula en el cuerpo. A diferencia de otras vitaminas, la B2 se elimina constantemente a través de la orina y en ningún momento se convierte en retinal en nuestro cuerpo.

El queso fresco es una de las opciones más saludables para mantener los niveles correctos y equilibrados de esta vitamina, para que no haya déficit.

Además del queso fresco , podemos encontrar vitamina B2 en otros alimentos como algunas verduras, verduras, huevos y otros productos lácteos. Como puede ver, es muy sencillo consumir esta poderosa y necesaria vitamina diariamente.

Alimentos probióticos

El último de los beneficios del queso blanco es que es un alimento probiótico. Esto significa que contiene bacterias. Al igual que con las grasas, las bacterias generalmente se asocian con algo dañino para el cuerpo.

Pero la realidad es que no sucede exactamente así. Las bacterias contribuyen al correcto funcionamiento del sistema digestivo , y hacen que la flora intestinal esté en perfecto estado.
