Pechuga de pavo rellena de arándanos y albaricoques

El pavo relleno es una de las elaboraciones más comunes en los días más importantes del año. En este post, te enseñaremos a hacer otra receta que también tiene un sabor especial para contener una fruta en su interior.

Otra de las ventajas de este plato es su aspecto que, como se puede ver en la imagen, es espectacular.

Ingredientes (para seis personas):

  • 1 kilo de pechuga de pavo
  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla
  • Medio vaso de vino blanco
  • Media cebolla
  • 1 vaso de caldo
  • 50 gramos de arándanos rojos
  • 50 gramos de albaricoque
  • 100 gramos de tocino
  • Romero
  • Sal
  • Pimienta

Cómo hacerlo:

  1. Precalentar el horno a 180 grados.
  2. En una sartén, fría la mitad de la cebolla finamente picada. Cuando empiece a dorarse, añadir el tocino y, más tarde, los arándanos y el albaricoque en trozos. Cuando se añaden las frutas, sólo hay que saltearlas durante medio minuto.
  3. Ahora, abra la pechuga de pavo y añada la sal y la pimienta. Puede pedirle al carnicero que lo deshuese y lo abra. Es una tarea bastante complicada, y es importante que esté bien hecha para darle al plato una buena presentación y que no se rompa a la hora de comer.
  4. Extienda el relleno sobre todo el pavo , excepto los bordes. Esto hará que sea más fácil de llenar.
  5. Cierre el pavo con la ayuda de una cadena.
  6. Derretir la mantequilla y mezclarla con el aceite de oliva. Con la ayuda de un cepillo, engrasar la pechuga de pavo.
  7. Coloque el vino blanco y el caldo sobre la pechuga de pavo. Finalmente, agregue un poco de romero.
  8. Mantener en el horno durante 50 minutos. Si está demasiado seco, puede engrasarlo con la mezcla de aceite de mantequilla cada 15 minutos.
  9. Por último, lo único que queda es ocuparse de la presentación. Para ello, debe cortar el pavo en rodajas de 2 cm de grosor. Si los cortes son demasiado finos, se romperán y el aspecto no será tan bonito.

Conejo asado con patatas

El conejo es una de las carnes más tradicionales. Contiene poca grasa, por lo que se encuentra entre las llamadas carnes magras. La siguiente es una receta de conejo asado con patatas que dura aproximadamente 50 minutos.

Ingredientes (para cuatro personas):

  • 1 conejo
  • 2 papas
  • 1 vaso de vino blanco
  • Agua
  • Vinagre
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Sal
  • Pimentón rojo picante (puede elegir el picante o no, según su gusto)
  • Perejil

Cómo hacerlo:

  1. Precalentar el horno a una temperatura de 180 grados.
  2. Corte el conejo en cuatro trozos y añada sal y pimienta. También puede pedirle al carnicero que lo divida.
  3. Luego haremos una mezcla con la que engrasaremos el conejo, para que esté más jugoso y no se seque en el horno. En primer lugar, añadir el perejil picado , la pimienta y la sal en un mortero. Más tarde, agregue el aceite de oliva, el vinagre y el vino blanco.
  4. Con la ayuda de un pincel, engrasar el conejo con la mezcla que acabamos de hacer. Añadir una gran cantidad y reservar el resto de la mezcla.
  5. Introducir el conejo en el horno durante media hora . Si está demasiado seco, puede retirarlo y volver a engrasarlo con otra capa de la mezcla.
  6. Pelar las patatas y cortarlas en rodajas. Cocerlos durante 10 minutos.
  7. Cuando las patatas estén cocidas, freírlas hasta que estén doradas.
  8. Coloque en cada plato un cuarto de conejo, varias rebanadas de papa y agregue dos cucharadas del jugo restante en la bandeja del horno sobre ambos. Espolvorear un poco de pimentón sobre las patatas.
