Nutella con almendras y avellanas

Ingredientes:

  • 1/2 taza de almendras
  • 1 taza de avellanas
  • 1/2 taza de azúcar en polvo
  • 1/2 taza de cacao
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o de coco
  • 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla

Cómo hacerlo:

  1. Precalentar el horno a 200 °C
  2. Colocar las almendras y avellanas en una bandeja y hornear de 8 a 15 minutos. Deben colocarse bien distribuidos para que se horneen uniformemente.
  3. Cuando el tiempo de cocción haya terminado, deje que la cáscara se enfríe hasta que se pele .
  4. Vierta las semillas oleaginosas en el procesador y déjelo batir hasta que se empiece a formar una mezcla cremosa.
  5. Incrustar el resto de los ingredientes y continuar procesando hasta obtener la textura deseada .
  6. Se puede almacenar en frascos de vidrio , conservando todo su aroma.

Nutella light en 6 pasos

Ingredientes:

  • 100 gramos avellanas previamente tostadas y sin cáscara
  • 100 gramos de cacao o chocolate negro, puro, sin azúcar, preferiblemente en polvo
  • Una pizca de sal
  • Esencia de vainilla al gusto
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva o aceite de coco
  • Leche de almendras o leche de soja (si es necesario)
  • Edulcorante al gusto

Cómo hacerlo:

  1. Lo ideal es tostar y pelar las avellanas. Puede comprarlos en rodajas, para tostar en el horno a una temperatura de 180-200 grados. También se puede comprar entero. En este caso, se tuesta con la cáscara, para que podamos quitarla cuando se enfríe.
  2. Espolvorear las avellanas con la pizca de sal y el edulcorante en el procesador .
  3. Cuando esté suficientemente molido, añada el resto de los ingredientes , excepto leche y aceite. Continúa la paliza.
  4. Si no tiene cacao en polvo, puede comprar una barra de chocolate y derretirla al baño maría o al microondas. No se sobrecaliente.
  5. Cuando la mezcla esté adquiriendo una consistencia cremosa, añadir el aceite o el aceite de oliva.
  6. Si desea que se afloje o se vuelva más líquido, incorpore gotas de leche y bata hasta que la crema esté en su lugar.
