Si su objetivo es perder peso, ya ha dado el primer paso. Tenga en cuenta que debe esforzarse por obtener resultados. Además, vale la pena recordar que pueden tardar un poco en aparecer.

Pero la mejor parte es que cuando llegas a la meta, te sientes mucho mejor contigo mismo.  Preste atención a los errores que cometemos cuando queremos perder más peso común y saber cómo evitarlos:

1. Dieta

Lo creas o no, la dieta es uno de los errores que se cometen cuando queremos perder peso más comúnmente. ¿Por qué es eso? Porque i complica un disgusto, dejando de lado lo que nos gusta, es decir, una restricción.  Estar a dieta no nos permite consumir ciertos alimentos.

Si bien es cierto que la dieta reduce kilos y centímetros, necesitamos concentrarnos para seguirla.  Si no cambiamos la forma en que comemos, volver al peso inicial (o superior) es algo que puede ocurrir. Especialmente poco después de que salgamos de una’dieta milagrosa’.

Para bajar de peso hay que comer de todo. Sí, exactamente como lo leíste. El secreto está en la cantidad y el número de comidas a lo largo del día.  Si usted tiene una dieta saludable, perderá peso. Además, lo mejor es que de esta manera no lo recuperará .

2. Coma demasiada (o muy poca) proteína

Nadie dijo que los nutrientes no son importantes. Sin embargo, debemos tener en cuenta que si consumimos demasiado, se convertirá en grasa. El equilibrio es siempre la mejor manera de obtener buenos resultados.

Muchos de los batidos y barras energéticas típicos que se consumen diariamente tienen grasas y azúcares en su composición. Tal vez no entiendas por qué al ingerirlos no puedes perder ni un gramo en la balanza. Bueno, eso es porque este tipo de proteína es difícil de eliminar!

Pero tenga cuidado, porque un menú libre de proteínas o carbohidratos tampoco es bueno para nuestra salud. Después de todo, el cuerpo necesita estos nutrientes para tener energía y fuerza. Tenga en cuenta que una mujer adulta no necesita más de 50 gramos de proteína al día. A su vez, los hombres necesitan unos 80 gramos.

3. Pesar en todo momento

La balanza puede convertirse en la peor pesadilla para una persona que quiere perder peso . El problema radica en la importancia que damos a este elemento. O mejor dicho, en la calidad de la información que proporciona.

Podemos pesarnos para obtener una referencia y analizar cuántos kilos debemos reducir. Mientras tanto, no podemos convertir esta práctica en una obsesión.

A veces podemos mantener el mismo peso aunque reduzcamos las medidas. ¿Cómo es esto posible? Porque la grasa o los líquidos acumulados se han perdido pero ganamos peso en músculo. Por eso la balanza puede engañarnos!

La mejor manera de ver el progreso es con la ropa y el espejo. Pruébate la ropa y analiza cómo te cae encima. Si puede, tome fotografías cada dos o tres semanas para comparar su apariencia.

4. Saltar comidas

Morirse de hambre no es la solución para perder peso.  Este es otro error frecuente cuando queremos perder peso. Creemos que si no comemos, alcanzaremos nuestra meta más rápido. Sin embargo, esto es completamente falso.

Cuando omitimos comidas – especialmente las principales – lo que estamos haciendo es desequilibrar el organismo y acumular hambre. Así que la próxima vez que comamos, comeremos aún más alimentos. De alguna manera, el cuerpo necesita recuperar la energía que ha perdido.

5. Pasar horas en la academia

Por último, no debemos olvidar un error común basado en la desinformación: entrenar durante horas sin descanso. Sabemos que para perder peso, hay que hacer ejercicio. Hasta ahora todo va bien, pero siempre hay que estar atento a la hora de parar.

El sobreentrenamiento puede dañar los músculos, generar lesiones y causar efectos contrarios a los esperados.  No abuse de los aeróbicos. Debe seguir la dieta con ejercicios de tonificación e hipertrofia que también aceleran el metabolismo.
