Tener un vientre marcado puede ser el sueño de muchos… Pero parece que lograrlo es una conquista para unos pocos elegidos. Si usted no puede definir los músculos abdominales sin importar cuánto entrene, en este artículo sabrá cuáles pueden ser las causas.

¿Por qué es difícil definir los músculos abdominales?

Aunque pienses que es algo imposible de conseguir, puedes fijar los músculos abdominales si sigues ciertos hábitos y, sobre todo, si excluyes a otros que no te están ayudando. No importa cuánto entrenes diariamente, si no ves el resultado, tal vez el problema sea uno de los siguientes:

  1. No estás quemando toda la grasa

Una de las principales razones por las que no podemos marcar los músculos abdominales es que todavía mantenemos grasa en nuestras barrigas. Cuando se acumula, los músculos están ocultos y no se pueden ver, incluso si usted trabaja en ellos en todos sus entrenamientos.

La mejor manera de quemar grasa del estómago es hacer ejercicio cardiovascular, como correr, girar o boxear. Una vez que haya eliminado esta grasa, pronto podrá ver su tanque bien marcado.

  1. Se enfoca excesivamente en los abdominales

Así es, ya que centrarse en un área específica no es lo ideal. Si sólo estás interesado en definir el abdomen y te suicidas en el gimnasio al hacerlo, probablemente descuidas todos los otros grupos musculares.

Y lo peor de todo, cuando te esfuerzas por lograr algo, es más fácil sentirse decepcionado cuando no ves los efectos de tanto trabajo. Por lo tanto, le recomendamos que haga abdominales como parte de su entrenamiento, que estos sean un ejercicio extra y no el enfoque principal de su sesión.

  1. No sigue una dieta adecuada

Además del ejercicio, la nutrición es esencial para lograr lo que usted desea. Sus hábitos alimenticios pueden ser los que le impiden definir sus abdominales. Si consume demasiada azúcar, acumulará grasa en su vientre; si ama la comida chatarra , también.

Recuerde comer al menos cinco comidas al día, añadir más frutas y verduras a sus platos , beber mucha agua (al menos dos litros al día) y complementar su dieta con verduras, semillas oleaginosas y granos enteros.

  1. Entrena todos los días

¿Sabía que su cuerpo necesita descansar para reparar los músculos trabajados? De lo contrario, además de no obtener los resultados deseados, puede sufrir lesiones o sentir fatiga. Entrenar todos los días no es una buena idea si queremos marcar los músculos abdominales, fijar los bíceps o perder peso.

Y si entrenas muchos días, trata de combinar los ejercicios y trabajar diferentes áreas. Por ejemplo, un día tus piernas, otro día, brazos, etc…

En cuanto a los abdominales, inclúyalos en su rutina, pero no más de 15 minutos en cada sesión de entrenamiento. También puedes optar por ejercicios que también funcionan en la zona: squat, board, alpinistas , etc.

Si los músculos se acostumbran a un movimiento específico , se vuelven más perezosos y no funcionan correctamente.

Cuando hagas abdominales, no te limites a hacer los famosos abdominales, es mejor seguir un entrenamiento variado que incluye abdominales laterales, subidas y bajadas de piernas, tablas, bicicletas, entre otros.

También es muy importante que usted fortalezca la región lumbar, para evitar problemas de espalda. Se recomienda variar su entrenamiento cada cuatro a seis semanas. De esta manera, su cuerpo tendrá tiempo para acostumbrarse a los ejercicios y obligará a sus músculos a hacer un esfuerzo extra frente a los nuevos movimientos.

También el te aconsejamos que aumentes la dificultad de los ejercicios cuando ya los estás haciendo sin esfuerzo. Puede aumentar las repeticiones, hacerlas más rápidas o aumentar la carga. No olvide que para fijar el abdomen, debe estimular los músculos todo el tiempo.

  1. No hidrata correctamente

Para que los resultados sean visibles, el agua es esencial. Si quieres que tus entrenamientos rindan más, entonces bebe al menos dos litros de agua al día. Aunque no sienta sed, su cuerpo necesita líquidos. Y si no lo consigues, no puedes trabajar bien.

Finalmente, para definir los músculos abdominales, es bueno que dejes de lado los «trucos» o «atajos» que sin duda han sido recomendados por otras personas. La paciencia y la perseverancia son sus mejores herramientas para lograr cualquier cosa
