  • Aunque no es tan visible en la región nasal, también hay músculos que deben ser fortalecidos y tonificados . Presione suavemente las fosas nasales durante unos segundos y suéltelas. Aplica esta presión ocho veces.
  • Mete las mejillas y haz una boca de pez . Mantenga la posición durante unos 30 segundos. Relaja los labios un rato y repite la operación. Esto ayuda a combatir las líneas que se forman alrededor de los labios.

  • Haga una boca de pez y levante las cejas durante 20 segundos . Relájate un poco y repite el movimiento. Así, trabajamos los músculos que mantienen la firmeza de la frente, evitando las arrugas.
  • Cuero cabelludo . Con masajes circulares de abajo hacia arriba, revuelva suavemente en el cabello. Esto mejora la circulación y promueve el crecimiento saludable del cabello. También se alivian las tensiones en la región.

Se recomienda realizar yoga facial desde una edad temprana para tener mejores efectos, incluso si nunca es demasiado tarde para empezar. Es posible conseguir un aspecto más joven y firme, y aún así de forma natural.
