Tipos de celulitis: la blanda

El primero de los tipos de celulitis es el más común de todos . Se caracteriza por su flacidez extrema y apariencia gelatinosa . El tejido de la región afectada no tiene consistencia, se hunde cuando se toca y se mueve claramente con los cambios de postura. Generalmente aparece mucho en los muslos y las nalgas, y casi nunca es doloroso.

Celulitis dura

La celulitis dura es la peor de todas . La piel se vuelve dura y compacta y se caracteriza por las alteraciones de la sensibilidad cutánea que produce (es muy dolorosa, a veces incluso sin tocar o presionar los nódulos). Debido a los cambios en la temperatura de la piel, causa una sensación de frío o calor en la región afectada.

Normalmente aparece en jóvenes con una estructura física robusta.

Celulitis edematosa

Esta celulitis es la menos frecuente y tiene el tratamiento más fácil . Se encuentra exclusivamente en los miembros inferiores, y en él se pueden ver las características de las partes blanda y dura al mismo tiempo . A continuación, veremos qué ejercicios podemos hacer para reducir la celulitis en diferentes partes del cuerpo.

Ejercicios para reducir la celulitis: abdomen

Lo primero que se debe hacer en cada día de ejercicio para reducir la celulitis son unos 30 minutos sin detener alguna actividad aeróbica , como caminar o andar en bicicleta .

A continuación, puede dedicar un tiempo tres veces a la semana a los siguientes ejercicios para reducir la celulitis:

Ejercicios para reducir la celulitis:  Glúteos y caderas

  • En cuclillas . Haga cuatro series de quince repeticiones.
  • Extensión lateral de cadera . Hazlo diez veces y cambia de pierna. Tres series con cada uno.
  • Cruce de patas . Tres series de diez repeticiones cada una.
  • Extensión posterior de cadera . Diez veces y repite tres series en total.
  • Abducción parcial . Quince veces, tres series.

Ejercicios para reducir la celulitis: patas

  • Ocupación en cuclillas abierta : tres series de veinte repeticiones.
  • Rígido . Con la barra frente a usted a la altura de la ingle, baje la espalda hasta que esté perpendicular al piso. Las piernas siempre están rectas, sin doblarlas. Tres series de quince repeticiones.
  • Lavabo con barra . Cuatro series de diez repeticiones con cada pierna.
  • Cruce de patas . Recostado de lado, levante la pierna que está descansando en el suelo delante de la que está libre. Apóyese en el suelo con los antebrazos y los codos.

En conclusión, para reducir cualquiera de los tipos de celulitis, es importante hacer ejercicios físicos para fortalecer los músculos de los muslos y glúteos. Además, también tienen una dieta equilibrada . Sin embargo, aún no se ha encontrado la solución definitiva para eliminarlo completamente.
