Los jugos desintoxicantes y funcionales pueden ayudarle a perder peso y son un excelente aliado en el proceso de adelgazamiento. Son muy eficaces ya que son ricos en nutrientes y estimulan el metabolismo, ayudando en el proceso de quema de grasas.

Estos zumos se preparan con productos naturales (frutas, verduras, cereales, semillas, frutos secos, etc.) y la variedad es infinita. La mezcla de estos ingredientes dependerá del objetivo personal de cada uno. Algunos pueden ser, por ejemplo, la quema de grasas, la desintoxicación del cuerpo, la obtención de un efecto diurético, etc.

La combinación también se adaptará según el gusto de cada uno, con los productos disponibles en esa época del año y a la hora del día que se tome. La preparación dependerá de su objetivo: si quiere que los zumos sustituyan a una comida principal o si se toman entre comidas.

Para obtener mejores resultados, es necesario que los zumos contengan siempre los nutrientes esenciales (vitaminas, fibras, etc….) o proteínas. Esto se debe a que son responsables de acelerar la quema de grasa. Para mantener las fibras siempre es esencial no colar el jugo. Cuando nos esforzamos, perdemos la mayoría de las fibras en el proceso.

Zumos funcionales y desintoxicantes con fruta

Son bajos en calorías, ricos en vitaminas y muy refrescantes. Puede mezclar dos o tres tipos de fruta con jugo de naranja y beber tres vasos durante el día. Es muy interesante añadir avena (para aumentar la cantidad de fibra) y tomar una bebida por la mañana.

Jugo de papaya, pera y mandarina

  •  1/2 papaya sin hueso (30 g)
  • 1 pera, pelada y cortada en trozos (80 g)
  • 1 mandarina exprimida (100 ml)
  • 1 cucharada de avena (10 g)
  • 1 taza de jengibre rallado (5 g)

Batir todos los ingredientes en una licuadora. Beba un vaso por la mañana durante el desayuno.

Jugo con té verde

El té verde tiene muchos beneficios: es un poderoso antioxidante natural . La siguiente es una receta deliciosa:

Té verde con melón o piña

Batir en una licuadora una taza de té verde (200 mL) con una rebanada de melón o con media taza de piña en trozos. Añadir un poco de edulcorante (opcional). Puedes tomar tres vasos al día.

Esta bebida combina los efectos antioxidantes y diuréticos del té y la fruta. Además, el té verde acelera el metabolismo y aumenta el gasto energético, siendo ideal para dietas.

Té verde con frutas, espinacas y yogur

  • 1 vaso de arándano (200 mL)
  • 1/2 banana (30 g)
  • ½ Taza de piña picada (100 g)
  • ¼ de una taza de espinacas frescas (50 g)
  • ¼ de una taza de avena (50 g)
  • 1 taza de té verde (200 ml)
  •  ½ taza de yogur descremado

Batir todos los ingredientes en una licuadora. Beba un máximo de dos vasos durante el día entre las comidas principales. Este zumo es un excelente aliado para acelerar el metabolismo y ayudar a quemar grasas. También ayuda en luchar contra la ansiedad que nos hace querer comer cada hora.

Desintoxicación verde y jugos funcionales

Además de ser excelentes aliados en la quema de grasa, ayudan a desintoxicar el cuerpo. Tienen un alto nivel de vitaminas, minerales y fibras. Puede mezclar frutas y verduras.

Manzana verde y pera

  • 1 manzana verde, pelada y en trozos (100 g)
  • 1 pera, pelada y cortada en trozos (100 g)
  • 2 tallos de apio (con hojas)
  • Jugo de 1/2 limón (50 mL)
  • 2 ó 3 hojas de lechuga
  • Menta al gusto (opcional)
  • 2 tazas de agua (400 ml)

Batir los ingredientes en una licuadora y beber 1 o 2 vasos en ayunas y el resto durante el día. Este jugo tiene muchas fibras y nutrientes, ayudando a perder peso y controlar los niveles de colesterol.

Kiwi, espinacas y lechuga

  • 1 kiwi pelado (30 g)
  • 6 hojas de espinaca (30 g)
  • 2 ó 3 hojas de lechuga
  • 1 vaso de agua (200 ml)
  • Edulcorante al gusto

Batir los ingredientes en una licuadora. Lo ideal es consumir este jugo en ayunas, al menos tres veces por semana. Es excelente para eliminar toxinas de nuestro cuerpo.

Jugos funcionales y desintoxicantes para reemplazar una comida principal

Estos jugos son más completos y generalmente contienen más calorías. Se recomienda consumir una sola porción al día como sustituto del desayuno o la cena.

Jugo de plátano y piña

  • 1 banana (100 g)
  • ½ Taza de piña picada (200 g)
  • 1 cucharadita de linaza (5 g)
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado (5 g)
  • Un poco de leche de almendras

Mezclar todo hasta obtener una mezcla espesa y homogénea. Este jugo tiene diferentes nutrientes, muy beneficiosos para nuestro cuerpo. Podemos destacar el potasio presente en el plátano.

Contrariamente a lo que mucha gente cree, el plátano no engorda. Además, es una excelente opción para los atletas. En este jugo es uno de los ingredientes principales y proporciona el potasio necesario para nuestro cuerpo.
